Corporate Account Application 2000
The .NU Domain
Ltd 2000 Corporate Account Status provides direct billing to only
those applicants meeting eligibility and credit reference requirements.
As a corporate account, you will be responsible for all payment
for .NU domain names registered under your corporate account.
Requirements:
- The application
form must be completed in its entirety for review and processing.
- The Corporate
account is designated and set up under the company name/applicant
provided and authorized on this application and can not be transferred.
- All .NU Domain
Ltd registration rates apply. No commissions or discounts are
applicable. See attached .NU Domain Ltd Service and Fee Schedule.
- Payment
is due upon receipt of invoice. Payment must be in U.S. Dollars.
U.S. Corporate accounts must pay by bankcheck or wire transfer.
International corporate accounts (non-U.S.) must pay by wire transfer.
Corporate accounts are responsible for any bank fees resulting
from bank wires.
- Corporate
accounts must provide and maintain a valid credit card (Visa or
Mastercard) that we may use at our discretion to pay down delinquent
accounts. A 5% processing fee may be added to the past due amounts.
- Corporate
accounts are responsible for any fees and charges occurring as
a result of customer charge-backs or other fees arising from the
invalidity of customer payments.
- All registrations
are final.
